This privacy policy applies to the Focus Wrapper app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by CHO HYEONWOO (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

1. Information Collection and Use The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information is primarily used to improve the service and analyze usage patterns.

2. Data Collected by Third-Party Services The Application utilizes third-party services that may collect information used to identify you or your device. The Application uses Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Remote Config to analyze user behavior (e.g., which features are used most) and to update app configurations remotely. The data collected may include:

• Device information (Model, OS version)
• App usage data (Events such as button clicks, screen views)
• Installation IDs (Instance ID)
• Crash reports (via Firebase Crashlytics)

3. WebView and Browsing Data The Application functions as a specialized web browser using a WebView component to display external websites (e.g., Instagram, YouTube).

• CSS/JS Injection: To aid in digital well-being, the Application injects scripts locally to hide specific elements (like Reels or Shorts). This process happens entirely on your device.
• Login Data: When you log in to third-party websites within the Application, your credentials and cookies are managed by the WebView system. The Service Provider does not collect, store, or transmit your passwords or personal browsing history to any external server.
• Local Data Storage: User usage time data (Timer logs) and goal settings are stored locally on your device to calculate your 'Daily Limit'. This specific usage data is NOT transmitted to the Service Provider's servers.

4. Payments and Subscriptions The Application offers paid features (Focus Wrapper Pro) through Google Play's In-App Billing system.

• The Service Provider does not collect or store your credit card or banking information. All payment transactions are handled securely by Google Play.

5. Data Retention Policy The Service Provider will retain user-provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. Aggregated and anonymized data collected via Firebase may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes.

6. Security The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

7. Children’s Privacy The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
